Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Jacqueline — Registered Nurse, Mentor, and Creator of Thrive Nursing.
I started Thrive Nursing because I was the overwhelmed, exhausted, and anxious nursing student who didn’t know where to turn for support. I remember what it felt like to study for hours and still feel unprepared… to question if I was really cut out for this career. Nursing school tested me — but it also shaped me. And now, I want to use everything I’ve learned to help you get through it with more confidence, clarity, and support than I had.
Thrive Nursing was built to be the space I wish I had. A space that says, “You’re not alone,” and gives you the tools, mentorship, and mindset shifts to truly succeed. Because nursing school shouldn’t break you — it should build you.
